Turkey

Turkey was absolutely spectacular! The country was beautiful, the people were extremely friendly and the coffee was to die for! We were able to visit the ancient city of Ephesus where Paul spent a lot of his time and it shocked me how well they preserved and how large it was. It really brings to life what you read in the bible once you see it in person. Besides Ephesus we were able to go to a carpet shop which had thousands and thousands of the most intricate, beautiful, handmade rugs that I have ever seen. But before we went to the carpet shop we had a traditional bible time lunch, well thats at least what the tour said it was. But the food was delicious none the less. Turkey was defiantly one of my favorite places that I was able to visit and I can't wait to return!

I know this cup looks normal but i zoomed in to much with the camera so it looks larger then it was. The coffee there is strong that they sever them in small expresso cups.

Rugs galore!
